Born in the Barcelona area, I spent most of my life working in hotels in England and California until I came back home where I managed a couple of bed & breakfasts for about 10 years. Through the years my inner compass has guided me to change my life and spend my time doing what I love the most, mountains and nature.Â
Now as a certified mountain leader and wilderness guide I am thrilled to share its wonders with the world. I’m a blend of passion, easygoing nature, good energy, and a touch of humor. My greatest joy in life stems from personal growth, traveling, reading and immersing myself in nature’s embrace. In my role as a mountain leader, I strive to keep things simple, lend a listening ear, and share knowledge.
My love of the outdoors has taken me to train my across diverse landscapes, from my beloved Pyrenees, to the majestic Alps and the breathtaking landscapes of the Caucasus region; from the sun-kissed shores of the Canary Islands and Azores to the rugged terrain of the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. But the most amazing of all my experiences and achievements have been exploring the polar circle and the Sahara desert.
Throughout these adventures and obtaining knowledge in other disciplines like canyoning and caving I’ve honed my skills as a guide, navigating through varying terrains and cultural landscapes while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of those under my care. Shaping me into a sociable, solution-oriented individual ready to guide you on unforgettable adventures.

Greetings Adventurers! I'm Ramon.
Born in the vibrant city of Barcelona but rooted in the heart of the Catalan countryside, the mountains and the outdoors have always been my playground. Trekking across the globe, from the Arctic landscapes of Norway where I have lived for 3 years to the windswept landscapes of Patagonia, the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, and the awe-inspiring Himalayas of Nepal, I’ve cultivated a deep love for exploration.
With a degree in Business and Economics, my professional path led me soon to the tourism industry, where I found my true calling. Guiding hiking and trekking tours in Spain’s natural wonders and leading adventure trips in African gems like Uganda, Ethiopia, South Africa, and Mozambique has been my way of connecting with fascinating people worldwide.
Since 2017, I’ve been a certified mountain leader. As your guide, I’m not just here to lead; I’m here to share, educate, and make you aware of the natural and cultural marvels, as well as the environmental challenges, that each destination holds. An easy-going soul, I thrive on creating an atmosphere where passion meets knowledge, and every moment is an opportunity for discovery.
