Christian and Ramon ensured we had a fantastic holiday in the pre-Pyrénées against the odds. Unexpected ill health meant we found we couldn’t do the distance we’d signed up for so they rebooked the refuges and changed the route so we could all enjoy the amazing scenery without exhaustion. Christian was a wonderful guide, not only communicating his love of the mountains and all wild things but sensing when we needed breaks and distractions while also ensuring we reached our accommodation in good time. We had some crazy weather for June (hail and snow) and his bivouac saved us having to cross a mountain pass in a storm. The mountains are absolutely stunning but navigating them can be unpredictable and challenging, especially since steep terrain makes 1 km feel like 10! Having an experienced and dedicated guide like Christian to help us push through when the going got tough was a vital part of what made the holiday so great. Thank you guys!
